With more than 25 years of project management, program leadership, CRM, and enterprise delivery experience, Sean has led work across Salesforce implementation, professional services, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, education, travel, hospitality, and business transformation. His experience includes managing delivery quality across Salesforce implementation portfolios, resolving delivery issues, guiding risk response, and coaching project managers and consultants.

Sean’s 14-year journey to American citizenship shaped his commitment to perseverance, stewardship, and service. That experience continues to influence how he leads: with patience, accountability, respect for people, and a focus on helping teams succeed across geography, function, and culture.

At ExOrion, Sean combines senior delivery leadership, Salesforce experience, PMO discipline, and practical AI-enabled workflow thinking to help clients avoid last-minute heroics and build more repeatable, reliable ways of working.

Outside of work, Sean enjoys time with his wife and children, learning and implementing AI-enabled workflow solutions, home improvement projects, and Bible studies. Fluent in English and French, he values the richness of language, culture, and service-centered leadership.
