Recent outcomes: 97% device testing complete before go-live and 99% overall cutover completion, orchestrated through an AI-enabled command center that gave leaders real-time visibility, prioritization, and redeployment — with a human always approving the output.

Over 25 years, I've led delivery, program leadership, and PMO across healthcare, enterprise transformation, financial services, manufacturing, and technology — bringing structure where methodology is thin, de-risking timelines, and giving executives a reliable view of the work. I hold the PMP, and I build practical AI-enabled workflows (automated RAID and status reporting, executive briefings, sharper prioritization) that cut the noise so teams can execute with clarity instead of last-minute heroics. That method is what I productized as PursuitOS — my consulting proves it; the product scales it.

My 14-year journey to American citizenship shaped how I lead: with perseverance, stewardship, accountability, and respect for people across geography, function, and culture. Outside of work, I value time with my wife and children, hands-on learning with AI, home-improvement projects, and Bible study. Fluent in English and French, I believe the best delivery leadership is, at its core, service.
